Resware allows for full transparency on each and every transaction, from order entry to completion of the title policy, clients will have full access to the status of their file, all of the documents, and all of the correspondence on the file.

Encompass Integration

ClientFirst is now fully integrated with EllieMae’s Encompass loan origination software. Roughly 35% of mortgage applications in the United States are processed through EllieMae. The ClientFirst/EllieMae integration allows Encompass users to order title with ClientFirst directly within the software. Users can also import ClientFirst’s title fees in just a few clicks.
